=====================================

Obviously here I'm writing for people who have this option open to them.

There is no need to go into explicit detail, for a few general points for consideration are really all that's required. It is not an exhaustive list by any means.

  • Alcohol (and many other drugs - yes, including coffee etc), while perhaps heightening amourous intentions/feelings, probably lowers the docking efficiency of the two vital ingedients to create new life - and unfortunately for females, may also be detrimental during incubation and breast-feeding

  • Peak female satisfaction around the time of conception could be beneficial (an important point often overlooked by people using scientific/in-vetro means)

  • Many 'goes' increases the chances of conception (and of course, chances of having some fun while your at it)

  • Excessive heat can be detrimental - slow 'swimmers' from the men (avoid spas/saunas/baths); hard for the new bub to hold on for the women (eg. high areobic exercise, including into the first few months of pregnancy)

  • General fretting or 'stress' in general best avoided where practical
