I was 18yo and an opportunity for myself and a pretty young lady to spend some initmate time together came to be.

All was going well ... very well ... when later in the evening (perhaps by then more likely in the middle of the night) she asked "why don't you take your shirt off?"

Now considering that between us, my shirt was the only item of clothing either had been wearing for some time, it was a reasonable question.

I can't remember my actual reply, but it was something to do with me being more comfortable with it on that off ... which I'm not sure if she was aware of the shoulder pimples or not, but I'd rather she stroked my shirted shoulders than my pimpled shoulders.

It was a lovely time, although not quite the total skin on skin experience it could have been.
