Yes ... the key prevention/treatment advocated here is cleanliness, basically because acne results from the blockage of one or more skin pores - so cleaning acts as prevention by assisting with keeping the pores unblocked, as well as going a long way to treating acne by unblocking blocked pores.
Yes .. it may sound so simple as not to be real, but consider this ... why do so many of the preventions/treatments for acne that are available commercially or by presciption, require the users to wash the affected area first, before applying the 'wonder-gunder'? (Sounds a bit like taking headache pills with water ... is it the pills or the water the head is really screaming for?)
