Just a brief mention here about food and drink and acne.
Drinking water is preferrable to most other fluids as the main source of fluids-intake for the body - a great natural cleansing product for the body in general (most of which is water anyway - especially the brain).
Occasional electrolyte/sports drinks are good to help with water absorption and general body functions - careful with these though if you are not physically active or don't sweat easily.
100% fruit juice watered down to 5-30% is an excellent snack/fuel for the body - watch for allergies though, with orange juice a common one.
Continual intake of high-glug foods is not helpfu, whereas salads (especially greens) are excellent internal body cleansers.
Fresh fruit also helpful.
Acne loves high fat/sugar foods/drinks - yes that includes alcohol and softdrinks.
