SQUEEZING ACNE - GENERAL GUIDELINES
Ensure the area to be squeezed is clean. Same for the fingers to be used, especially under the fingernails. No sense squeezing more dirt into the skin beside or back into the pimple you are attempting to kill.
Using the softer underside of two fingers or one thumb and one finger or two thumbs can achieve sufficient pressure to pop zits, but more often one or two finger/thumb nails need to be used directly, to ensure enough pressure is exerted in the most favourable area to achieve a successful explosion.
It is very important to get under the affect area as practical as possible, to ensure the pressure is being exerted in a manner that will push the fluids/waxes out of the skin and not back into it.
It is just as important to feel your way into getting the fingers/thumbs in the most favourable position, so maximum pressure is exerted on the zit itself, so not to do too much damage to the surrounding (unaffected) area.
When working on the face area, use a mirror in a well lit situation.
